These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” or “You”) and ACES Environmental Corp (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a California corporation. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for unauthorized use, including breach of confidentiality, unfair competition, or misappropriation.

4. Regulatory Disclaimer

ACES Environmental Corp does not guarantee:

• Agency approval of permits, reports, or submittals;
• Regulatory outcomes or enforcement decisions;
• Timelines for response from agencies (e.g., AQMD, DTSC, CARB, EPA, CUPA);
  That your site or project will achieve full compliance without follow-up corrections.

Agency responses and policy shifts are beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All Site content, branding, documentation templates, and service methodology are the intellectual property of ACES Environmental Corp. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any materials without written consent.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Bernardino County, CA.

13. Proposal Confidentiality Clause

All proposals, quotes, and consultation materials issued by ACES Environmental Corp are confidential. They may not be disclosed, redistributed, or used to seek competitive pricing or future planning without written permission. The confidentiality obligation survives even if a contract is not executed.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site or services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
